  • How will my data be handled?
Ensuring the protection of your sensitive information is our top priority. We guarantee the permanent and secure erasing of all confidential data residing on your devices before recycling.
  • Is your company certified?
Yes, we are fully authorized by both the state and county to collect electronics. We adhere strictly to all guidelines and regulations concerning e-waste and data destruction management.
  • What does your company do with the E-Waste?
Our company takes e-waste management very seriously to ensure environmental sustainability and data security. We have a comprehensive process in place for collecting and sorting e-waste. We partner with state recycling facilities to process the recyclable materials responsibly. Data security is a top priority for us. We use secure data destruction methods to ensure that any sensitive information on discarded electronic devices is completely erased/crushed/shredded before recycling or disposal. Additionally, we comply with all local and federal e-waste management regulations to ensure that our practices meet the highest standards.
  • Can I just throw away electronics in the trash can?
Not only is it illegal to throw your electronics in the trash can in California, but it’s also extremely harmful to the environment. Electronic waste contains various hazardous chemicals, including metals like lead, cadmium, and mercury, as well as organic compounds like flame retardants and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). When disposed of improperly, these toxic substances can leach into water bodies, soil, and air, contaminating ecosystems and posing serious risks to both human and environmental health. But we are here to help for FREE! Give us a call.
  • How do I recycle my electronics?
We provide multiple options for recycling your electronics. You are welcome to drop off your e-waste during our business hours. Additionally, we offer complimentary e-waste pickup services for eligible customers. To review our pickup policy, please click here.
